LimitlessMe · CrispConvos
Privacy notice
CrispConvos improves reading and responding to conversations inside Gmail. This notice describes what the extension processes, what it saves and the controls you have.
Gmail page information is processed locally for the features you enable. The extension does not send mail or usage events to LimitlessMe or an AI service. Only nonpersonal settings and a versioned acknowledgement are saved.
Temporary local processing
The extension inspects native message and compose elements, labels, layout, the current Gmail route and local navigation events to provide conversation ordering, response shortcuts, Subject editing, attachment presentation and draft navigation. It may inspect a native Subject value to distinguish a reply from a forward. This is local page processing; the extension does read information needed for its features.
Mail and attachments
Gmail owns messages, recipients, drafts and attachment controls. Subject editing exposes Gmail’s existing input. The combined attachment section temporarily moves supported original Gmail widgets and keeps native node and origin references in tab memory. It does not build a filename or attachment-link index or fetch attachment contents.
Only attachment widgets Gmail has rendered in supported messages can appear in the section. Opening additional messages can expose more attachments. An explicit expansion action leaves messages expanded, and Gmail may mark them read.
No developer transmission
The extension has no developer server, analytics, advertising, telemetry, runtime AI connection, OAuth client or Gmail/Drive API client. It does not transmit mail bodies, subjects, recipients, sender details, attachment information or usage events to LimitlessMe or an AI service. It does not sell or share these data or use them for advertising, profiling or AI training.
Saved settings and acknowledgement
Only nonpersonal settings are saved in extension local storage: feature choices, conversation order, toolbar colors, a settings migration version and a versioned acknowledgement of the local-processing disclosure. The acknowledgement contains no identity, timestamp history or telemetry. Organization-managed settings can override preferences.
Mail bodies, subjects, recipients, sender names, attachment names and links are not persisted by the extension. Legacy feedback and retired search preferences, when present, are deleted by key without retrieval. There is no automatic diagnostic upload.
Enhancements remain off until you choose Agree and enable in the extension popup. Keep off leaves Gmail native. Existing choices remain subject to organization policy; acknowledging the notice does not override a managed Off setting.
Draft navigation
When enabled, Save and close drafts when navigating invokes Gmail’s explicit save-and-close control once on a previous supported in-tab window. Gmail handles saving and reopening through Drafts. CrispConvos does not serialize or recreate draft content, send a message, discard a draft or implement its own mail editor. Unsupported or busy controls keep Gmail’s behavior.
Gmail and browser operations
Google and your browser handle saving, sending, attachment previews, downloads and native Drive actions according to their settings. Files, browser history and Gmail records can persist through those systems. Clicking native controls can result in requests handled by Google; these are not mail uploads to LimitlessMe.
Controls and retention
Use Withdraw agreement to revoke the acknowledgement, even when your organization manages enhancements On. Turning off Enable in Gmail also withdraws it. Pause is temporary and keeps the acknowledgement. Turn features off or pause to restore supported native presentation and release temporary references. Leaving a conversation restores supported live attachment origins. Browser-level disabling, updating or uninstalling may stop cleanup code; refreshing Gmail restores the native page deterministically.
Uninstalling removes the extension’s local settings. It does not delete Gmail messages, drafts or browser downloads.
Permissions
CrispConvos runs on mail.google.com and uses storage for nonpersonal settings and administrator-managed configuration. It does not request browser history, cookies, downloads, identity or access to unrelated websites.
Limited Use
CrispConvos's use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
This website and support
This website is separate from the extension. The static pages contain no analytics scripts, forms, embedded trackers or client-side storage. The hosting service may process connection information and operational or security logs when you visit. The extension’s no-transmission statement does not promise that website hosting performs no processing.
For support, email justin@limitlessme.app. The extension does not automatically submit support reports. If you voluntarily contact support, your email and the information you choose to send are used to respond to your request. Support correspondence is processed and stored separately through Gmail under the mailbox provider’s settings; it is not extension telemetry. Use fabricated or redacted examples and avoid sending private mail or attachments.
